egg fried rice



Recipe.....

Ingredients....

Boiled and cooled rice(1 cup)
Egg 1
Butter (1/4 a stick)
Garlic (1 tspoon)
Green chilly 1
Chopped onion (1/4 cup)
Chopped beans,carrot,capsicum (1/2 cup together)
Tomato ketchup (1 tspoon)
Soya sauce (1 tspoon)
Chilly sauce ( optional)
Vinegar(1/2 tspoon)
Crushed pepper(1 /2 tspoon)
Chilly flakes (1/4 tspoon)
Spring onion
Celery
Salt to taste

Procedure...
Take a pan and add butter into it,now add garlic,green chilly and onions one by one.after sauting for just two minutes on high flame,add veggies,saute them for another 3-4 minutes,when veggies r done go ahead and add all sauce and vinegar,salt,then add pepper,chilly flakes,and crack egg into it,scramble it and when the egg is half done,add rice and fry for five minutes until all the ingredients get mixed well and done...
Serve it hot with an egg bullseye...in my view it would be the most suitable garnish for this recipe.....


While cooking Chinese....all the cooking is done on high flame to get the real taste of this cuisine...
