Ingredients...
- Soaked and boiled kaala chana 1 cup
- Chopped onions 1/4 cup
- Chopped tomato(deseeded) 1/4 cup
- Chopped green chilly 1-2
- Chopped cilantro 2 tablespoon
- Lime juice 1 tablespoon
- green chutney 2 tspoons
- tamarind chutney 2 tspoons
- Yogurt 1 tspoon
- Red chilly powder a pinch
- Crushed pepper a pinch
- Salt to taste
Procedure....
- Take the Cooked chana in a mixing bowl..(chana should be warm and dry)
- Add all the the other ingredients into the bowl
- Mix them all together and check for taste
- Simple yet delicious chana chaat is ready to serve.....
