Ingredients....
Dosa batter ,for making 2 dosas
Egg 1
Shredded chicken 1/2 cup
Chopped onion 1 small
Chopped tomatoes 1 small
Chilly ginger garlic paste 1 tspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 tspoon
Garam masala 1/4 tspoon
Chicken masala 1/4 tspoon (optional)
Chopped cilantro 2-3 tablespoons
Lime juice 1 tspoon
Crushed pepper 1/4 tspoon
Oil
Ghee
Salt to taste
Procedure...
- Heat span on medium flame and add oil into it
- When oil becomes hot enough add the onions and saute till they are golden brown
- Now add chilly ginger garlic paste,and tomatoes and saute till they are done
- Now add the ground dry spices and after waiting for a minute add chicken pieces
- Cover the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes so that chicken gets cooked
- Now open the lid and saute the mix until all the moisture s absorbed
- now add crushed pepper,lime juice, cilantro and salt to taste...
- Crack the egg into a bowl,season it with salt and pepper,, and beat well and keep this mix aside
- Heat up another pan and spread the dosa batter
- After a minute pour the egg mix above it as shown
- Now immediately spread the chicken mix above t as shown
- Now flip the dosa and cook the other side as well, drop some ghee as well for better taste
- Crispy chicken egg dish are ready to be served.......
