chicken pakoras..

Recipe..
Ingredients..

  • Minced boneless chicken 350 gms
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tspoons
  • Fennel seeds 1 tspoon
  • Chopped green chillys 2
  • Curry leaves 2 sprigs
  • Garam masala 1/4 tspoon
  • Chicken masala 1/2 tspoon
  • Rice flour 4 tablespoons
  • Maida 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Procedure..
  • Initially into a bowl,add first 7 ingredients mentioned above
  • Season it with salt and mix well
  • Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. If u don't have enough time u can use it as and then,but marination always gives better taste
  • Now add in rice flour,maida and little bit of water(2-3 tablespoons) and mix well to get the thick consistency of pakoras
  • Heat up oil in a pan
  • As oil becomes hot place the chicken mix,little by little and fry until both sides turn golden brown. Cook on low to medium flame as the chicken used is raw,and it should get enough time to cook before the pakoras turn golden brown 
  • Crispy pakoras are ready to be served with ketchup...!!!
