Instant rice flour dosa
Recipe

Ingredients..


  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onions 2 medium
  • Finely chopped green chillies 1-2
  • Finely chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped curry leaves 1 sprig
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tspoon
  • Water 2-3 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to make dosa
Procedure..
  • Initially take a bowl and add all the ingredients mentioned above except oil 
  • Mix it well and add water accordingly to get a pouring consistency batter
  • Now keep the batter for atleast 10 minutes
  • Heat up a nonstick tawa on medium flame
  • Once it's hot enough add 1-2 tspoons of oil and pour 1/4 cup batter and move the tawa to spread the batter enough resulting in thin dosas
  • Cover it with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes until one side gets done
  • Now flip it and drop in 1-2 tspoons of oil again and cook until the other side as well is done
  • Remove from the pan and serve hot with chutney...
