bhature

Bhature.....


Recipe...
Ingredients...
All purpose flour (1 1/2 cup)
Semolina (2 tablespoons)
Sugar (2 tablespoons)
Yoghurt (3 tablespoons)
Baking powder a pinch
Water and oil as required to knead the dough
Oil for frying

Procedure....
Mix all the ingredients well into a soft dough.... Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for at least 6-7 hours,then knead the dough again,make small balls of it,roll it up and deep fry in medium heated oil......garmagaram bhatures are ready to be served with Chole....
