Spicy wheat pancakes with grilled veggies...
A very easy preparation

Ingredients...
Wheat flour (1 cup)
Chopped onion,tomatoes,carrots,green chilly and cilantro (1/2 cup)
Red chilly powder ( 1/4 tspoon)
Coriander powder (1/4 tspoon)
Turmeric powder a pinch
Crushed pepper(1/4 tspoon)
Garam masala a pinch
Salt to taste
Procedure...
Initially take a bowl and add the wheat flour into it along with all the powders...
Now mix it well and add enough water to get a batter with thickness less then dat of dosa batter....
Now add all the veggies and mix well again
Keep it aside for 10 minutes..
Now heat a skillet and add few drops of oil into it...
Pour the batter and make crispy pancakes by cooking each side till golden brown
..
You can add butter or ghee for more taste....but if you are more health conscious oil is good
Hot pancakes are ready to serve....
