Pepper chicken dry roast.

Ingredients...
Chicken(250 gms),
Onion(2 medium sized sliced),
Pepper powder (2-3 table spoon),
Jeera(1 tspoon),
Dry chilly (3),
Ginger( sliced into long strips for cooking and garnishing as well),
Garlic(2 tspoon minced),
Tomato sauce(1 tspoon),
Chicken masala(1 table spoon),
Garam masala(1 tspoon),
Turmeric powder(1/4 tspoon),
Coriander leaves,
Vinegar and salt( to taste),
Oil
Procedure...
Firstly take a pan,add oil into it,now add jeera,dry chillies broken into pieces, garlic,ginger and onion....saute on medium flame till onions are golden brown... Add salt to onion and keep lid closed for getting the onions easily done...when it's done add turmeric powder,chicken masala and pepper powder,saute for 1_2 minutes and then add tomato sauce, chicken pieces and pour enough water just to cook chicken..and close the lid..remember it's a dry recipe....when chicken is done add 1 table spoon of oil and saute the mixture for 2 to 4 minutes till chicken is roasted well and all water absorbed...now add vinegar,salt to taste,some more ginger and coriander leaves..saute for two minutes and off the stove

Garnish with ginger and coriander leaves...
