roti noodles

Roti noodles













Recipe....

Ingredients....
Roti/chapati 3 cut into long strips( like noodles)
Sliced veggies (carrots,cabbage,capsicum,beans) 1 cup
Green peas -1 tablespoon
Sliced onion -1 medium sized
Chopped garlic- 1 or 2 cloves
Minced green chilly -1
Chopped spring onions for garnishing
Tomato sauce 1- 2 tablespoons
Chilly sauce 1 tspoon
Soya sauce 1 tspoon
Lime juice -1 tablespoon
Oil
Salt to taste
Omelette(Made from 2 eggs) cut into thin strips as if noodles

Procedure...
Take a nonstick pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil... When oil becomes hot,add Garlic,chillies and sliced onions..saute for just 2 minutes and then add all veggies and saute for another 3-4 minutes..... Now add all three sauces,salt to taste .....after mixing it well add chapati strips and omelette strips... Mix everything together until all the spices gets coated on chapati....now finally add lime juice.... And ur delicious roti noodles s ready to serve...
Garnish with chopped spring onions...
This s a healthy recipe and easy way for kids to have veggies....
