Ingredients....
Egg 1
Chopped onion(2 tablespoons)
Green chilly 1
Chopped tomato(3 table spoon)
Chopped cilantro
Chopped carrot(1 tablespoon)
All purpose flour(1 tspoon)
Crushed chilly(1/4 tspoon)
Tomato rings
Salt to taste

Procedure....
Take egg in a bowl, add salt and maida and beat well till its fluffy.now add all the other ingredients and beat well again.heat a pan,add some oil,and pour the egg mixture... Wen its half done,place tomato rings over it and then tilt after awhile and cook other side as well....and ur tomato omelette is ready to serve.......
