Recipe....
Ingredients..
- Hard boiled and peeled eggs 3
- Oil 2-3 table spoons
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Cloves 3-4
- Cardamom 3-4
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tspoon
- Dry whole red chilly 2-3
- Onion 2 medium(ground into paste)
- Chilly ginger garlic paste 2 tspoon
- Tomato 1 1/2 medium(ground into paste)
- Cashew paste 2-3 tablespoons
- Yogurt 1 tablespoon
- Red chilly powder 1/2 tspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 tspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon
- Garam masala 1/4 tspoon
- Crushed pepper 1/4 tspoon
- Water
- Chopped cilantro 1/2 cup
Procedure...
- Initially heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it
- Once oil becomes hot add cumin seeds,after it crackles,add all the dry spices and whole red chilly
- Saute it and add onion paste and some salt to cook onions quickly
- Once onion paste turns golden brown add chilly ginger garlic paste and saute well
- Once its done add tomato paste
- When its also Cooked and oil oozes from the sides,add all the dry ground spices
- Saute till the raw smell goes and then add cashew paste
- Once its done add yogurt and enough water to adjust the consistency of ur gravy according to your taste
- Add salt to taste
- Keep this gravy on simmer to cook and meanwhile take another pan and add 1 table spoon of oil into it
- When its moderately hot add eggs.(just make some slits on the eggs so that flavors are infused into the egg)
- Just saute till eggs turn lightly golden brown
- Now add salt,crushed pepper ,red chilly powder and pinch of garam masala over the eggs
- saute for another 2-3 minutes until all the masalas get evenly coated on the eggs
- Now add these eggs and chopped cilantro into the boiling gravy and Cook for another 8-10 minutes on low flame,so that flavor gets into the eggs as well
- Finally check for the taste and serve hot with naan,parathas or rotis
