Ingredients....
- Chicken 500 GMs
- Oil 3 tablespoons
- Chopped cilantro 3-4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Cashew 25-30 gms soaked in water for at least 1 hour
- Green chilly 5-6
- Garlic cloves 5-6
- Black pepper corns 7-8
- Yoghurt 3/4 cup
Procedure...
- Initially take the clean chicken pieces in a pan
- add some water just enough to cook the chicken pieces and salt to taste
- Now cover the pan and heat on low to medium flame until the chicken becomes almost cooked
- Meanwhile in a grinder add the last 5 ingredients mentioned above and grind it into a smooth paste
- Heat another pan on medium flame and add oil into it
- Now add the former paste and saute till the raw smell goes
- Now add the cooked chicken pieces along with its stock
- cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame so that chicken absorbs all the flavor from the gravy..
- Finally add some chopped cilantro and ur dish is ready to be served...
