pista cashew kulfi....







Recipe...

Ingredients...


  • milk 1 ltr
  • crushed/ground pista 3 tablespoons
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tspoon
  • bread slices 1 1/2[edges removed]
  • corn starch 1/4 tspoon
  • sugar 3-4 tablespoons
procedure...
  • initially in a mixer grind together bread pieces,corn starch and some milk(almost 3-4 tablespoons milk)
  • heat a pan on medium flame and add milk into it
  • once the milk starts boiling,reduce the flame and stir ur milk continuously until it reduces in quantity to almost 50% of the initial amount...in short milk reaches really thick consistency
  • at this point add the previously ground paste and stir for 5-6 minutes until the mixture becomes more thick and rich
  • now go ahead and add ground pistachios,cardamom powder and sugar
  • stir on low flame for another 3-4 minutes and off the flame
  • when the mixture becomes room temperature pour it into desired shaped containers and keep it in the freezer section of ur refrigerator for 5-7 hours
  • after that its time to dig in to ur mouth watering kulfis...mmmmm
