Recipe....
Ingredients...
- Thinly sliced strips/grated potatoes 2 medium
- Sliced green chilly 1
- Sliced spring onion 1-2
- Maida 2 tablespoons
- Corn starch 1 tspoon
- Water just to combine everything together
- Crushed pepper 1/4 tspoon
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Procedure...
- Take a bowl and add potatoes into it
- Add all the other ingredients and enough water just to mix them all together..
- Now heat a nonstick skillet on medium flame and add oil into it
- When oil becomes hot enough put a little of ur batter and spread it well
- Now cook on low to medium flame for some time just to make sure dat the potatoes get cooled well...
- Now as the color of one side turns golden brown flip it pancakes to cook the other side as well
- Once both the sides are done delicious pancakes r ready to go with tea
Tips..
- In this recipe u can add an egg instead of corn flour and water...if u r using egg avoid water completely
- If u don't want spicy pancakes u can avoid green chilly and pepper as well..it will become a more simpler version but yet very tasty...
