Ingredients...
- Egg 2
- Chopped spinach 1/2 cup
- Chopped onion 1 small
- Chopped tomato 1-2 tablespoons
- Chopped green chilly 1
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil to make omelette
Procedure...
- In a bowl crack the eggs ,season it with salt and pepper and add milk
- Beat it well and add all the veggies into it
- Mix well
- Now heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it
- When oil becomes moderately hot pour in the egg mixture
- When one side gets cooked,flip it and cook the other side as well as normal omelette
- It will take around 2 minutes on each side
- Super tasty and healthy spinach omelette are ready to be served
