spinach omelette...


Recipe..
Ingredients...

  • Egg 2
  • Chopped spinach 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 small
  • Chopped tomato 1-2 tablespoons
  • Chopped green chilly 1
  • Milk 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil to make omelette
Procedure...
  • In a bowl crack the eggs ,season it with salt and pepper and add milk

  • Beat it well and add all the veggies into it

  • Mix well

  • Now heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it 
  • When oil becomes moderately hot pour in the egg mixture

  • When one side gets cooked,flip it and cook the other side as well as normal omelette
  • It will take around 2 minutes on each side
  • Super tasty and healthy spinach omelette are ready to be served
