aloo puris...

Recipe...
Ingredients...

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 2
  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Garam masala a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Water and oil for kneading
  • Oil for frying
Procedure....
  • Initially in a mixing bowl add in all the ingredients except last two,and knead it into a smooth dough


  • Allow the dough to rest for at least 30 minutes
  • Now knead it again and make small small balls out of it
  • Roll it into small small Puris

  • Heat up a deep pan on medium flame and add oil enough for frying puris into it
  • When oil becomes hot ,add Puris one at a time and flip it and cook until both the sides turn nicely golden brown

  • Serve them hot with masala or pickle.
  • This recipe is so flavorful that u won't need any side dish!!!!!!
