- Wheat flour 1/2 cup
- Warm water for kneading the dough
- Oil 2-3 tablespoons for kneading
- Egg 2
- Finely chopped Onion 1
- Finely chopped green chilly 1
- Crushed pepper 1/4 tspoon
- Red chilly powder a pinch
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to the Taste
Procedure...
- Initially add wheat flour and salt into a mixing bowl,add enough water and oil to make a smooth dough
- Allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes
- After that knead it again and make small balls from it
- Roll it into puris
- Take another bowl and add egg,onion,green chilly,pepper, red chilly powder and salt to taste
- Beat well
- Now apply this mix over one puri and seal it with another one by keeping it over the first and pressing the edges firmly with fingers
- Applying the mix over puri is shown
- Repeat the same with all puris
- Now heat up oil for frying in a deep pan and once oil becomes hot add puris one by one ,flip it and fry till both sides turn golden brown
- Serve hot...!!!!!
