egg puris...

Recipe...
Ingredients...

  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Warm water for kneading the dough
  • Oil 2-3 tablespoons for kneading
  • Egg 2
  • Finely chopped Onion 1
  • Finely chopped green chilly 1
  • Crushed pepper 1/4 tspoon
  • Red chilly powder a pinch
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to the Taste
Procedure...
  • Initially add wheat flour and salt into a mixing bowl,add enough water and oil to make a smooth dough
  • Allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes
  • After that knead it again and make small balls from it
  • Roll it into puris
  • Take another bowl and add egg,onion,green chilly,pepper, red chilly powder and salt to taste

  • Beat well 

  • Now apply this mix over one puri and seal it with another one by keeping it over the first and pressing the edges firmly with fingers
  • Applying the mix over puri is shown

  • Repeat the same with all puris 
  • Now heat up oil for frying in a deep pan and once oil becomes hot add puris one by one ,flip it and fry till both sides turn golden brown
  • Serve hot...!!!!!
