chicken varuval..

Recipe...
Ingredients...

  • Chicken cut into small cubes 200 gms
  • Turmeric powder 1/8 tspoon
  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Sliced and halved onions 1
  • Chilly ginger garlic paste 2 tspoons
  • Tumeric powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Chicken masala 1/2 tspoon
  • Lemon juice 1-2 tspoons
  • Salt to taste
Procedure..
  • Initially for cooking chicken ,add first 3 ingredients into a pan with salt to taste and sufficient water
  • Cover the lid and Cook this until the chicken s completely done
  • Now heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it

  • Now add in onions,season it with salt and cook until the onion turn brown.this may take 7-8 minutes



  • Now add in chilly ginger garlic paste and saute until its raw smell s gone

  • Add in cooked chicken along with turmeric powder and red chilly powder



  • Mix it well and fry on medium flame for at least 8-10 minutes until the chickens turn crispy

  • Finally add in chicken masala and lemon juice,adjust the seasoning if necessary
  • Now saute this for another 3-4 minutes and switch off the flame...
  • Serve it hot as side dish or even starter
