- Onions finely sliced 2
- Besan/gram flour/chickpea flour 1/2 -3/4 cup
- Corn starch 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Red chilly powder 1/2 tspoon
- Chopped green chilies 1
- Chopped curry leaves 2 sprigs
- Chopped cilantro 2 sprigs
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Procedure..
- Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients into it
- Mix them well and sprinkle very less water at a time and make a smooth thick mixture (bhajji consistency)
- Now heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it
- Once the oil becomes hot add in little quantity from the mix at a time and make small bajjis
- When one side gets cooked and turns golden brown flip it and cook the other side as well
- Serve them hot with tomato ketchup and hit tea...!!!
