Spanish omelette/tortilla espanola

Recipe..
Ingredients...

  • Egg 2
  • Diced potato 1
  • Diced onion 1
  • Chopped cilantro 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil 1 cup
Procedure
  • Initially crack eggs into a bowl and season it with salt and pepper
  • Beat it well and keep it aside

  • Now heat up a deep pan on medium flame add oil into it 
  • As oil becomes hot add diced potatoes and fry them until golden brown

  • At this stage add onion and fry them along with potatoes for 2-3 minutes

  • Drain onion and potatoes into the egg mixture,and mix well
  • Add chopped cilantro as well,and mix well

  • Heat up a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil into it
  • As oil becomes hot ,pour in the prepared egg mix 
  • Flip and cook until both sides turn golden brown and the omelette gets cooked well
  • Serve hot!!!!!!
