- Eggs 2
- Milk 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 2-3 tspoons
- Cardamon powder 1/4 tspoon
- Oil 1-2 tablespoons
- Black raisins 10-12
- Golden raisins 10-12
- Plain biscuit 2 crushed with hand
- Salt a pinch
Procedure
- Initially crack in eggs into a bowl
- Add milk,sugar ,cardamom powder and salt into it,beat well and keep it aside
- Now heat up a flat skillet on medium flame and add oil into it
- As oil becomes hot pour in the egg mix
- Spread it and sprinkle both raisins and crushed biscuit over it
- Fold it from four sides
- As first side cooks,flip it and cook the other side as well
- Remove it onto a plate with folds facing upwards and roll it
- Cut 1 inch thick pieces from the roll
- Cut each piece diagonally and place one of them upside down to get heart shape as shown
- Serve ur sweet heart eggs as a snack to kids and elders as well!!!!
