microwave apple sponge cake..

Recipe..
Ingredients..

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Apple 1,peeled and grated
  • Melted butter 1/2 cup(Room temperature)
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cashews 2 tablespoons
  • Almonds 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder 1 tspoon
  • Baking soda 1/4 tspoon
  • Milk 1/2 cup(room temperature)
  • Hershey's drops for garnishing (optional)
Procedure..
  • Firstly to prepare apple sauce,heat up a nonstick pan on medium flame and add grated apple and sugar into it
  • Mix it well and cook on medium flame until all the sugar dissolves and apple becomes soft
  • Now in a bowl add maida,baking powder and baking soda
  • Strain it through the sieve twice for proper mixing
  • Take a large mixing bowl and add melted butter and apple sauce(room temperature) into it
  • Beat them really well and then add milk and maida mix alternately into it,to form a smooth cake batter
  • Finally add in the dry fruits and mix well
  • Grease a microwave safe bowl with butter and place a greased butter paper into it
  • Pour in the cake mix and microwave on max temperature for 4-5 minutes/until the cake is completely baked
  • Garnish with Hershey's dtops,if u love chocolate flavor. Or else top it with apple slices and serve!!!!!!
