sukha Kala chana!!

Recipe..
Ingredients..

  • Bolied and cooked black chickpeas 1 cup
  • Chickpeas stalk 1/4 cuo
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced ginger 1 tablespoons
  • Sliced green chilly 1 no
  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Garam masala 1/4 tspoon
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tspoon
  • Crushed bleck pepper 1/4 tspoon
  • Salt to taste
Procedure..
  • Initially heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it
  • Once the oil becomes hot add in ginger and green chillys

  • Saute it for 2 minutes and add all the dry ground spices

  • Saute them well and add chickpeas with stalk

  • Season with with salt and mix everything well
  • Cook on high flame until all the stalk is evaporated
  • After that saute on medium flame for 5-6 minutes until all the masalas get coated on the chickpeas and they get nicely roasted
  • Switch off the flame and serve hot as snack/starter!!!!
