- Brinjal 2 cut into thin slices
- Chilly powder 1/2 tspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 tspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon
- Garam masala 1/4 tspoon
- Pepper powder 1/4 tspoon
- Lime juice 1-2 tspoon
- Oil 3-4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Procedure..
- Take brinjal slices in a bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients except oil into it
- Mix well together and keep it closed aside for at least 10-15 minutes
- Now heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it
- As oil becomes hot, place the brinjal slices into it and cook on both sides until it turns crisp enough
- Once done,serve them hot as a starter with roti or as a side dish with rice
