spicy brinjal fry..

Recipe...

Ingredients..

  • Brinjal 2 cut into thin slices
  • Chilly powder 1/2 tspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Garam masala 1/4 tspoon
  • Pepper powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Lime juice 1-2 tspoon
  • Oil 3-4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
Procedure..
  • Take brinjal slices in a bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients except oil into it
  • Mix well together and keep it closed aside for at least 10-15 minutes
  • Now heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it
  • As oil becomes hot, place the brinjal slices into it and cook on both sides until it turns crisp enough
  • Once done,serve them hot as a starter with roti or as a side dish with rice
