pinwheel roti egg roll..









Recipe...
For making 2 rolls

Ingredients...

  • Whole wheat dough
  • Beetroot dough,recipe mentioned in beetroot roti


For the filling..

  • Egg 1
  • Chopped onions+tomatoes+green chilly+spring onions+capsicum+carrots 1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce 2-3 tablespoons
  • green chutney 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • Oil 1 tablespoon

Procedure...

  • Initially take all the chopped veggies in a bowl,season them with salt and pepper,mix them together and keep it aside.
  • Now for making pinwheel Rotis,take a small ball of dough from both the doughs,roll them into long strips and attach them together as shown

  • Now roll them inwards to make a ball



  • Now dust it with dry flour and roll it into roti as shown

  • Now heat up a pan on medium flame and cook the Rotis,if u want u can greese the Rotis with ghee
  • Now after the Rotis,add oil into the pan and scramble egg with just salt and pepper

  • Its time for starting up with rolls now
  • Take a roti and spread green chutney on it 

  • Place some of the mixed veggies
  • Place some scrambled egg and drizzle some tomato sauce over it

  • Just fold the bottom first and then roll it up
  • Top it with some sauce and green onions and serve.
