spiced butter milk/sambharam












Recipe...
Ingredients..

  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Green chilly 1
  • Ginger a small piece
  • Curry leaves 2 sprigs
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
Procedure..
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and grind well
  • Sieve it and serve cool
  • Its healthy as well as a great refreshing drink during summer season
