egg roast














Recipe..
Ingredients...

  • Hard boiled and peeled eggs 2
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced onions 3 large
  • Chopped tomatoes 2-3
  • Chopped green chillys 2-3
  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Chopped cilantro 3 sprigs
  • Salt to taste
Procedure...
  • Initially heat up a pan on medium flame And add oil into it
  • Once oil becomes hot add in onions, tomatoes and green chillys

  • Season it with salt,mix well ,cover the lid and cook on low to medium flame with ocational stirring for 12-15 minutes until those get nicely tender and roasted

  • Now add in ground spices mentioned and saute for another two minutes

  • Make slits in the eggs and add them as well

  • Cover them with the masala and cook for another 5-6 minutes

  • Add some cilantro,mix it up and Switch off the flame

  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with roti or parathas
