green chilly pickle/hari Mirch ki achar













Recipe..
Ingredients...

  •  Green chilly(cerano) 5
  • Lemon 1 large cut into small pieces
  • Lemon juice 2 tspoons
  • Salt 
Procedure...
  • Firstly clean and dry the chillys 
  • Now slit them and fill salt into the slits
  • Keep in an air tight container for at least 24 hours
  • After that u can see water in the container which came out from the chillys
  • Drain out this water as it may damage the pickle
  • Now add lemon pieces and lemon juice along with same salt into the container
  • Mix everything well and keep for another 24 hours and ur easy pickle s ready
  • U can keep it refrigerated and use for long time!!!
