Ingredients...
- Green chilly(cerano) 5
- Lemon 1 large cut into small pieces
- Lemon juice 2 tspoons
- Salt
Procedure...
- Firstly clean and dry the chillys
- Now slit them and fill salt into the slits
- Keep in an air tight container for at least 24 hours
- After that u can see water in the container which came out from the chillys
- Drain out this water as it may damage the pickle
- Now add lemon pieces and lemon juice along with same salt into the container
- Mix everything well and keep for another 24 hours and ur easy pickle s ready
- U can keep it refrigerated and use for long time!!!
