Ingredients...
- Water 1 cup
- Sliced ginger 1/2 tspoon
- Sugar 4-5 tablespoons
- Tea dust 1/4 tspoon
- Lemon juice 1 tspoon
- Ice cubes 12-15
- Mint leaf and lemon slice for topping
Procedure...
- Initially heat up a tea pot with one cup of water
- Add in ginger and sugar
- Allow it to boil
- Once it starts boiling add in tea dust and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes
- Now switch off the flame and sieve it into a large serving glass so that the tea fills almost up to 3/4 the of the glass
- Add lemon juice
- Fill the remaining portion with ice cubes And give it a quick little stir
- Slide in lemon slices into the glass as shown and top it with a mint leaf
- serve cool
