Ingredients...
- Golden raisins 1/4 cup
- Black raisins 1/4 cup
- Pistachios 1/2 cup
- Biscuits 2-3(plane)
- Ghee 1 tspoon
- Sugar for garnishing
Procedure...
- Initially add pistachios into a blender and blend into a fine powder
- Heat up a pan on medium flame and add ghee into it
- Once ghee becomes hot add in raisins and saute until they are blown up
- Switch off the flame,wait for a while and add raisins into the blender and blend along with pistachio powder as fine as possible
- Finally add 1-2 biscuits and blend again
- Laddo mix is ready,take some onto ur palms and shape to form laddoos
- Once all the ladoos are shaped dip them in sugar and serve!!!
Very easy ,yet healthy and delicious!!!
Note
- U may find difficulty in grinding raisins, but try to grind as smooth as possible, do not water
- If both raisins are not available, no worry's...u can still make the recipe with the raisins available to u,it will be still tasty,but only thing to be kept in mind is,raisins should be sweet for better results
