tomato egg rice...

Recipe...
Ingredients..

  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Egg 1
  • Chopped green chillys 1
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Biryani masala 1/2 tspoon
  • Vinegar 2 tspoons
  • Salt to taste
Procedure..
  • Initially heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it
  • As oil becomes hot add in tomatoes and green chillys

  • Season it with salt and cover the lid and cook until the tomatoes turn soft and fully cooked
  • At this stage add in red chilly powder and biryani masala

  • Saute it and crack in egg

  • Mix it well until the egg is completely cooked
  • Now add in rice and vinegar,mix everything well together and saute for 5-6 minutes on medium to high flame


  • Switch off the flame and serve hot with raitha,pickle and papad!!!
