- Bolied and cooked black chickpeas 1 cup
- Chickpeas stalk 1/4 cuo
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Sliced ginger 1 tablespoons
- Sliced green chilly 1 no
- Red chilly powder 1/4 tspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 tspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon
- Garam masala 1/4 tspoon
- Chaat masala 1/2 tspoon
- Crushed bleck pepper 1/4 tspoon
- Salt to taste
Procedure..
- Initially heat up a pan on medium flame and add oil into it
- Once the oil becomes hot add in ginger and green chillys
- Saute it for 2 minutes and add all the dry ground spices
- Saute them well and add chickpeas with stalk
- Season with with salt and mix everything well
- Cook on high flame until all the stalk is evaporated
- After that saute on medium flame for 5-6 minutes until all the masalas get coated on the chickpeas and they get nicely roasted
- Switch off the flame and serve hot as snack/starter!!!!
