roti nachos with salsa chutney.....













Recipe...
Ingredients...

  • Rotis/chapatti 2
  • Red chilly powder a pinch
For salsa chutney...
  • Tomato ketchup 3 tablespoons
  • Vinegar 1/2 tspoon
  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tspoon
  • Chopped onions 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped tomato and 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green chilly 1/2
  • Chopped cilantro 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped capsicum 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped spring onion 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1/4 tspoon
  • Salt to taste
Procedure...
  • Initially for making salsa chutney add all the ingredients mentioned under "for salsa chutney" into a bowl

  • Mix it well and chutney s ready


  • For making nachos stack Rotis and cut them in half

  • Now stack one part over the other and half again

  • Again cut them twice to get triangular nachos as shown


  • Now in a pan heat up oil enough for frying nachos
  • Once the oil becomes hot enough add nachos and fry them till crispy golden brown..

  • Drain them on to a kitchen tissue and sprinkle chilly powder and tose it

  • serve them with salsa chutney....
